Good game Bella

After a hard fought soccer match, there is nothing more refreshing than a big piece of watermelon and walking off the pitch hand-in-hand with your best friend. I'm not quite sure what we did for the last 20 minutes, although I did run up and down the field trying to kick the ball in a myriad of different directions. Alas, Bella and I are off to find a juice box and perhaps somewhere to go to sleep, that was pretty exhausting.

Go Piranhas!

I'm really not sure what is going on here, but the one thing I've picked up after playing soccer for two weeks is that it is all about shouting as loud as possible and as often as possible. So we're often running aimlessly around the pitch yelling, "Piranhas!" and papa happily applauds us. He's so strange sometimes.

Kick the ball like this Bella

Monday nights have just become a lot more entertaining in our household. When the clock strikes 6 p.m., it is Piranha time. And no, that doesn't mean we go to some shady fish store, it's soccer night. Bella and I are playing soccer this season and it just so happens that from time to time I have to give her some pointers when it comes to the greatest sport on Earth. For starters, I had to explain to her that the field isn't really a field, it's a pitch. And there are no zeros, just nil. But we both excel when it comes to falling to the ground in feigned spasms whenever someone gets too close and touches us.

Chillin' at Connie's

It has been so long since papa has last posted on this blog, it's a wonder that anyone still comes here. But if you're stopping here, thank you for your patience. With each passing day, summer is closer to arriving and that means we get to wear nice dresses to Connie's house. If there is one thing that Belle, Izzie and I love to do is to dress up, especially like little princesses. We do our hair together, we put on fancy shoes and pretend jewelry. But the best part of dressing up is just hanging out together and giving huge hugs.
