The Pumpkin Pirates

Pirates? Ok, we were not pillaging pumpkins from the Giant Pumpkin, but the three of us were pretty intent on leaving Maugerville with the best gourds in New Brunswick regardless of who got in our way. Dressed in our pumpkin-picking clothes, we descended on the patch with a passion for discovering the most beautiful pumpkins that was only rivalled by maman. She is pretty obsessed with these huge holidays.
